Delete your account
Request permanent deletion of your EzeFare Driver or Employee account and personal data — no app required.
What gets deleted
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your saved home pickup location
- Login access and all active sessions
- For drivers: your licence details and vehicle assignments
What we keep
- Past trip and billing records, in anonymised form, where we are legally required to retain them for accounting and tax compliance
- These records can no longer be linked back to you
Timeline: once confirmed, your account is signed out immediately and permanently anonymised within 7 hours. This action cannot be undone, and your email and phone number become free to use for a new sign-up afterwards.
